eCommerce & Digital Strategy Executive
As the Assistant Vice President of eCommerce & Digital Strategy for the portfolio of salon brands at L'Oreal USA, Sarah Liang Kress governs and advises 10 brands on their digital efforts. In addition, Kress is responsible for leading the launch of eCommerce, a new distribution channel for a industry that has never authorized the sales of its products online. Overseeing the build of a new, multi-brand eCommerce site, including the implementation of a new fulfillment center, Kress is driving the innovation for a new area of business for the division. In addition, in her current role, Kress oversees the L'Oreal PPD relationship with eRetailers such as ULTA.com and JCP.com.
Digital Marketing
As Redken and Pureology’s Director of Integrated Marketing Communications, Sarah Liang Kres led both brands’ complete digital efforts and strategies in the United States for both B2C and B2B audiences. With experience in leading multiple website launches, email marketing, mobile marketing, social media, display advertising, SEM/SEO, video channels, analytics, CRM and emerging channels, Kress has focused on driving business through digital channels.
Diverse Experience
Kress offers a diversity of experiences. Working for Madison Square Garden as a Game Night Staffer and in the Press Room, Kress found herself interviewing players, running stats and serving the press. While in college, Kress co-founded the Crusader Movie Rental business for the community. As an intern, Kress worked for the WP Stewart Group Family, assisting the Comptroller and accounting team in managing finances and non-profit grants. In the last seven years, Kress has focused on building digital for multiple brands at L'Oreal USA, the #1 beauty company in the world.
